Looking for a post processing tutorial

Need to find a tutorial for cleaning up/correcting blown highlights. I have a shot I took in the MK that I really, really want to process but to do so I need to fix the top right corner which is a mass of blown highlights.

I have LR3 and 4, Paint Shop Pro X4 and PS Elements 10 to use.

If it is the sky,you might consider replacing it with a properly exposed sky from another picture. It really is pretty much impossible to fix something completely blown out. Replacement is usually the best answer.

In Lightroom, you can try moving the "Recovery" slider toward the right. It is meant to "recover" highlights on the edge of blowing out. If the highlights are completely blown out, replacement by some means is the only way to fix it.

Well looks like sky replacement will be the thing to do. I have never done that with an image like this so it will be a good lesson.
