Looking for a little sympathy

If You Think That Is Bad, Last Year For My Family's First Trip In Saratoga Springs Someone Broke Into Out Room While We Were Sleeping. Of Course The Individual Was Confronted And The Police Responded.
Disney (susan Schiver To Be Exact) Had No Sypmathy And Stated The Incident Was My Fault. Go Figure That One Out. That Did Not Do One Thing For Us At All.
 
That Is Very Interesting, With My Ordeal Of Someone Breaking Into My Room At Sarotaoga Springs While My Wife, My 2 Young Sons And I Slept Disney Treated My Real Bad. That Made It Out Like I Did Something Wrong. I Went As Far To Send Four Certified Mail Letters To All Executives Including Jim Lewis The President Of The Dvc.

They Did Nothing For Me Except Offer To Buy Me Out Of My Contract. We Did Not Want That We Love Going Down There. How Can I Explain To A 2 And 4 Year Old Why We Can Not Go To Disney Any More.

Just So Everybody Knows The Claim Rep Supervisor I Dealt With Was Susan Schiver. Believe Me When I Tell You She Is Rude As Can Be!

On A Lighter Note We Have Been Back Twice Since This Incident And We Had A Great Time. We Are Looking Forward To The Disney Cruise And Animal Kingdom Villas This October!

Thanks all for your posts. I'm glad that I was able to get excited about this trip since it was painful to cancel the other trip (using fewer points, using the last days of our a/p and DDD cards, etc. etc.). Well, we really went overboard on the points for this trip, but I am really excited about it. I do agree it would be really nice to stay at AKV when it is all done, but this will be an adventure too! I am going to have a GREAT time on these boards doing all kinds of research on the AKV. :banana:

Maybe with enough people complaining with these disappearing nights they can "fix" the computers (again). BTW, I felt pretty good about the CM's that I spoke to in the last few days, OTHER than the one who lost my reservation and the Manager who just didn't know the right things I wanted to hear (like, starting with "I'm sorry").
 

In May I called to book 3 nights at VWL. MS had the 3 nights available but as others have noted, by the time we finished with details all nights were gone. Thank heaven I had enough points so that I didn't have to cancel BWV reservation in order to book VWL.
 
When I called to book AKV it wasn't available for my dates. I came here on the DIS right after getting off the phone, and someone had posted that she has just gotten off the phone and MS said there was lots of availability for my datest at AKV. :confused:

So, back to the phone I went...and sure enough, got my dates.

The CM I spoke with said that availability at AKV was literally changing by the minute on the computer.

So those who are still waiting...try again! It could happen! :love:
