Does anyone have a Capt. Jack review. I am still debating cancelling my ADR at Wolfgang Cafe and going to Capt. Jacks for the lobster. I'm on the dining plan. Is the restaurant nice? It looks like a boring atmosphere. I've never been to WP either.

It is actually pretty good. We have eaten their the last 2 trips. The lobster is not as good as Fultons, but still pretty good. My brother and sister-in-law eat there at least 2 times every trip. They absolutly love it.

we thought it was good! we are seafood eaters so we had the lobster and crabcakes. it wasn't our favorite meal of the trip but we enjoyed it.

there is no atmosphere. reminds me of an old dirty fish house. Service was really good, food was "eh" but then again we did go at lunch and I know the menu is different!

I guess I'll be the negative Nellie. We've eaten there twice and will not return. Everything in nuked (we had to sit directly across from the wait staff station) so we heard the microwave buzz go off every minute or so. The lobster was rubber and I had the chicken which wasn't very good either. How do you screw up chicken? The mashed taters were good but overall we were quite disappointed again. I figure you have to give places at least 2 chances which we did.

We like Capt. Jacks.......Going back in Sept. (probably our 5th time) lobsters are good (small in size)....yes, the interior is plain.....dark wood, simple......
We have sat by the kitchen area, saw them cooking over flames (BTW, every rest. in existence uses microwaves). Waitstaff has always been great. Last time there we had a waitress who had 30 years at Disney, she chooses to work at Capt. Jacks.

WP not so much, waste of my time and money....if you want a show go there......a lot of people like to be seen there......makes them feel special!!!
Rude wait staff, you will be an inconvenience to them....But you can tell your friends you ate there!!!

We always use DDP.
