looking for a 3 bedroom home

Does anyone have any suggestions for a three bedroom rental home within 15 minutes of Disney? We are looking for a pool and hot tub as well. I feel like I've looked and looked through websites and I'm no closer to deciding what a good home will be. There will be six of us and we are looking to go around June 27-July 10.

We rented through this company in December 2008 and had an excellent time in their Platinum house. http://www.justfloridavacations.com/ They list the neighborhoods each of their houses are in so you can check out on maps how close they are to the parks.

Check out VRBO for rentals by owner and negotiate with the owner directly. On our last visit to Orlando a few years ago we stayed in this very nice vacation home. There are lost of vacation homes in the Davenport are which is about 15 mins from Disney. Windsor Hills resort homes in Kissimee is also very nice. We have been stayed in homes on the Gulf Coast the last few years close to beach.
