Looking for 2012 design

I saved this design to my computer when I used it for our 2010 trip, and I have no idea who the designer is. I have looked through so many designers photobuckets I am cross-eyed. If anyone knows, please let me know so I can give them credit.

Anyway, it is DS's favorite design. I was wondering if anyone has one like it for 2012.
