Looking for 2 Disney recipes...

Does anyone know if there is anywhere I can find the Disney recipe for the following:

breakfast pizza (want to know just what cheeses they use)
lamb from the Tangeriene Cafe

I AM CRAVING THEM BOTH! I did buy Cooking With Mickey volume II yet although it has many wonderful recipes from many of the restaruants, unfortunately the two I am craving are not included.
