I want to know how the crowds are, the weather, etc...

Is it worth going or should I go value season, like end of January...

thank you

:)

we are here now. We have done both Universal Parks (on Wed and Friday) and I can honestly say I have never been to a park when it was that quiet! We walked on everything! No need for the express pass at all!

We haven't been to the Disney parks but I can tell you that we have been to Downtown Disney and we have driven by the lots of the parks and it looks busy - not packed - but busy. We come every year 1st and 2nd week of March and I can tell you the 1st week is quieter than the second and it just goes up from there.

Weather is perfect - mid to high 70's which feels hot to us Northern folk. 80's are almost too hot! Evenings are cool 50's and 60's.

I have been in late January and it was COLD! Down to 30's and 40"s at night and the parks were just as busy as they are in early March.

Just got back Thurs. from 5 night trip solo!!! Weather was perfect - up to 80's but with cool breeze during the day, down to low 60's high 50's at night and early mornings. Supposed to rain one day, but only did for about half hour late in the day. Stayed at POP. Seemed quite busy everywhere I went, but extra magic hours were great for walk-on rides, especially the morning ones, and fastpasses helped when it was busy later in the day.
One thing travelling this time of year - everyone seemed to have a cold or cough. I myself got a bronchial infection and ended up spending $20 on medicine to help calm my coughing until I could get home to my doctor yesterday. And everyone on my flight was coughing and sniffing on the way home. So just be prepared for any kinds of illness travelling in the winter months, and take lots of medication with you because it costs twice as much at the gift shops.
