We were in WDW in earlier this month and booked a bounceback trip to make up for the 10th anniversary trip we had planned to take in 2006 to the Bahamas. It was canceled because I got sick and had to have surgery. We are going to be there for 6 days/5 nights (Mon-Sat). This is what I have booked so far and they're all restaurants we haven't tried:

Jiko (anniversary dinner) - Thurs
Tutto Italia - Friday
Chefs de France - Wed

I can't decide if I want to use the TS credit the day we arrive or on Tuesday. I also want to use the TS at a resort not a theme park since we're already doing 2 dinners at Epcot. We'd like to try and do something new.

We have done the following 1TS restaurants:
Kona, O Hana, the Wave, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's, Biergarten, Sci-Fi

So I'm open to suggestions. What 1TS restaurants at resorts do you like and would go to again? Why? What foods did you like there?

Thanks for helping me decide.

We LOVED Boma for breakfast at the AKL; we enjoy breakfast and dinner at Cape May Cafe. I've read rave reviews for The Wave at the Contemporary. We eatly most at the parks so we've not done a lot of other meals. The two I can think of that we did recently, Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL and Boatwright's at POR-Riverside were two of our worse meals ever at Disney.

My parents and sisters just ate at Sanaa's over Christmas and said it was one of the best meals they have had, and a great steal at 1 credit. Although it is at AKL and sometimes can be difficult to get to and from.

I would say Boma, but you are eating at Jiko already. And you have picked or already been to most of my normal recommendatiosn! hmmm. tough choice then. I do hear great things about the Wave at the Contemporary. You can check out thier menu on allears.

Some of my other favorites are already up there with the exception of one - Boma!!! I love dining there for both breakfast and dinner. There is the usual breakfast fare, but I went to try the frunch juice, brioche, sausage and biscuit skillet, scrambled eggs with goat cheese, and grilled tomatoes. Everything was wonderful!! As was dinner. Always many new-to-me dishes and flavors to try. Loved it all!!

Greetings fellow Hoosier! We love the Colts too! Season tickets and all!
Have you tried the Grand Floridian Cafe or kouzzina on the Boardwalk? I enjoy both of those, and Grand Floridian would be close to the Poly....:)

I also like the Grand Floridian Cafe.

What about a DTD eatery? I like WGP Cafe. (The downstairs Westside Table Service location) I didn't love Raglan Road, but others love it.
