Looking for 1 bedroom BCV 8/23/06-9/1/06 points to rent??

Am looking to rent points for 1 bedroom, water view, Beach Club Villa checking in 8/23/06 and checking out 9/1/06. From the chart I can see that it would be a total of 308 points. Anyone have those available?
