Looking at a CCV purchase

Going to WDW in September and planning to purchase into CCV. Pretty sure DVD will still be pushing it in September as there isn't any new Resorts this year coming online. But wanted to see if that would be the case.

How long does DVD usually try to sell new resorts? Any idea on how far along is CCV on inventory? Will there still be incentives?

According to the following article, it looks like they had sold about 15.5% of the Copper Creek inventory by the end of December 2017.
They'll be selling Aulani and Copper Creek until they hit 98% sold I think.

Agreed! I think there will be 3 resorts up for sale in December of this year
