Look what we adopted!!

This past Saturday, we attended a NASA Community Day at Goddard Space Flight Center. To make a long story short, we ended up coming home with a little souvenir of the day... A KITTEN! The girls decided to name him Goddard, since we adopted him at Goddard SFC. Appropriate name. We were worried that our 2 year old cat wouldn't get a long with him, but they are doing great! We have been looking to adopt a kitten when I showed my 5 yr old and told him his name he said "like Jimmy Neutrons dog."

LOL! Funny because we stopped by a friends house today to show Goddard to them, and her kids all commented that he had the same name as Jimmy Neutron's dog! I didn't even realize it!

We adopted him from an organization called P.A.W.S. A really great organization!

Congrats! We have 2 new kittens (well...slightly old now...) that we adopted from the local shelter! They have become a source of entertainment and joy (and they eat spiders!!!!) in our home. I know your girls will get as much joy as my boys from your new addition!
