We got a voucher today in our pack that says has to be exchanged at the Virgin Desk in MCO on arrival. Failure to collect it on arrival means your forfeit it!

Better make sure we claim it at the Virgin desk then, thanks!

we have never been picked up from MCO in a big VH Bus, its always been one of the 12 seater shuttle vans from Mears and it only every drops off at a max of 3 stops. We have always been the first or second stop at POR and its only ever taken about 40 mins from leaving the customs hall. We have always come back on either the DME or the Disney Cruise line bus.
The Mears shuttle if booked DIY take forever though as they seem to just wait and wait until its full then there can be multiple stops....horrific!
