What are the longest wait times people have seen (or waited in) Last week the longest times we saw were 120 minutes for BTM and Space Mountain....OUCH! People were waiting in these lines even when the fastpasses were still available! We also saw 90 mins for Peter Pan and Star Tours!! Personally I think 30 mins would be my max wait time and I am so grateful for the fastpass system!

I've seen 120+ mins for BTM and Peter Pan before. There were Fast Passes still available for BTM but the Peter Pan ones had all gone by lunchtime during the summer.

I think alot of people just don't really know what the Fast Pass system is. I agree that about 30 mins would be my max for queuing too.

Was there the same as you last week but had agreed with DD that we would set a limit of 30-45mins for any one ride. As it turned out, we did all our fav rides early each day so it wasn't a problem. Did the usual and went on Peter Pan first thing, Space mountain during the parade and Small world late in the evening so that avoided the rush. Indy seemed least busy in the evenings, BTM first thing, the biggest surprise was that Rock and Rollercoaster was never that busy at all. We even took to going into WDS just to ride it and then come back to DLP again afterwards. Even the Lion King was easy to see. We just went and had some food in the Hyperion 3/4hr before the 4:30 show, and got front row seats on the balcony. The longest we queued for anything was on the A1 coming out of Paris on Sunday afternoon, almost an hour to travel 3km !!! got to Calais just in time to see our ferry sail out of port. Grrrr

we saw 90 for small world... so we skipped it... and pretty much fast-passed everything else.... Honey i shrunk the audience was a bit of a wait... but at least it was warm and sitty-downy!

Seen 90 mins on Peter Pan  Naturally we can back the next day :goodvibes

I agree - we were at Disneyland in Anaheim last year, and grabbed a fastpass for Splash Mountain in the afternoon. We went back and saw the most ENORMOUS line waiting for it - while we just walked past and went straight on. You should have seen the looks we were getting! I couldn't understand it, but I'll be honest - I did kind of enjoy walking past all those poor people knowing I didn't have to wait!

Oh you'd have to be out of your mind to wait 120 minutes for any ride, no matter how good it is! The longest I have ever purposefully waited for a ride is 50 minutes for Nemesis at Alton Towers, but earlier this year my sister and I didn't realise how long the queue was, and ended up waiting 90 minutes for the 'Towers new rollercoaster, Rita, and I seriously felt homocidal at the end of that, lol. The longest queue I've ever seen at any theme park is 180 minutes (!!!) for Air at Alton Towers. :faint:

The longest I've seen at DLP is... 120 minutes, I think, for Big Thunder Mountain! It's just completely insane, and such a waste of time when you could be doing other things such as just soaking up the atmosphere!

I totally agree. If we don't get on Dumbo with troops in the morning we leave it.
When we see these times that is when you should go shopping, have a snack, enjoy the theming but not queue :confused3

I've always thought Dumbo should be a Fast Pass ride. It's always much busier than the Flying Carpets in the Studios and that's an FP attraction.

The longest I have ever had to wait was in 1998 when I went on the Dumbo ride. That was an hour wait.

When I last went to Disneyland, Space Mountain Mission 2 said 40 mins waiting time and we got there in about 10. They arn't always right. That's happend on quite a few rides actually.

Waiting in line in Disneyland isn't a BAD thing thoughm atleast you have lots of pretty things to look around at :teeth:
