If you are talking complimentary service (no charges) I don't remember ever coming across a hotel that offers both. I know when you stay at Disney you can get airport transportation and be transported around the Disney parks, all of which is included in your stay . . . but for Universal/Sea World, I dunno.
I know where we are staying at WestGate Lakes, they charge a fee for airport transportation, but shuttle twice a day to the parks for free, which we are taking advantage of because of parking fees.
It is like the airport is far enough from the parks that the hotels close to the airport offer free airport shuttle but don't offer for the parks, and the one close to the parks offer free parks transportation but not free airport transportation.
If you do find one, that hotel is more than likely going to be real expensive (to the point you would be better taking a cab or something) or they are going to charge a resort fee that is real expensive.
I think you should look into the DoubleTree by SeaWorld. Nice hotel, literally a 5 minute walk to SeaWorld and transportation all day to Universal/Sea World. Taxi Fare is like 30 bucks each way from the airport.
No guarantee's on PriceLine but I booked that hotel for this Wednesday night for $43 by bidding.
