Long waits for Disney Ressies #!!!

It seems impossible for me to get through to the Disney Operators to make a room ressie or even inquire about room rates! I am going through callling cards like crazy. They keep me on hold forever and then take a long time to access information in their computers. Is anyone else having the same problems? Any advice on how to minimize wait times? TIA!

I called yesterday (DC 800#) at approximately 9:45 am and was on hold only 5 minutes. I just paid off our rooms (mine, parents, and inlaws) because they were due by tomorrow.

I think you have to. They do ask for your DC#. The # is for WDTC, not CRO, but they are all going to be one sooner or later.
