Long Wait Times When Calling MS

I've tried to call MS several times over past couple of weeks. Always says "longer than usual wait times" and 60 plus minute waits. I couldn't wait on past attempts but I'm waiting today. Are they short staffed and/or getting busier (for reservations)? Any guesses?

They currently have a ticket deal and an Aulani deal that can only be gotten via phone calls.

In addition, they are still bringing people back from furlough. Wait times were not as crazy bad in the fall but since those new deals, it’s been horrible.

Since other states are starting to relax, it looks like more people who have cabin fever are dying to go on vacation.

65 minutes on hold tonight. The rep was wonderful, though, and everything was accomplished.
