Long Time Lurker First Time Poster !

Hi All !


First off Happy Earth Day Everyone. Finally decided to jump in and join the fun on the best place IMHO on everything Disney. Looking forward to making new friendships memories and helping out where I can. Can’t wait for next adventure which will be our 20th or 21st (not sure) this Aug with my DM n DD and yes I still get excited even after so many trips. Plus even with all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. On how to maximize the time without running ourselves into the ground. I still thanks to the forums find helpful tips and tricks that make it even better. Thank you for your time take care and have a Magical TGIF Everyone.

Wow, 20 (or21) times! I've been to Disneyland 10-15 times, but our trip in June will be the first in over ten years.

First off thanks for the response and yes I have been very fortunate to be able to go so many times. We all just love it so much me more than them plus it a nice escape from everyday life for a few weeks. Spending time with family making new friends and memories along the way. It so nice when you get up and think the only thing we have to plan is what park are we going to today and wing from there. So much has changed in the last 10 years it will be like a whole new adventure awaits which is always exciting. Hope you have a wonderful time in Jun you get to do everything you want. Like make new and exciting discoveries relive old favorites and make many new memories as well. Take care and have a Magical Day.

Hubby and I have been to WDW about 20 or so times as well and one visit to Disneyland. (I went to both once long before I met him as well.) We're are going on our first Disney Cruise in February,

My daughter is long time Lurker and always mentioning things she has read. LOL!! So I decided to sign up today so I can join in the conversation! I look forward to chatting with my fellow Disneyfiles!! I have been going to WDW every year since 1981. I took the plunge and visited Disneyland for the first time about 4 years ago, and returned this past August for the Expo. I love the historical aspect of DL and the idea of walking in Walt's footsteps. This year I will be attending Destination Disney at WDW in November. Maybe I will meet a few of you there!!

Thanks for the warm welcome and a warm welcome to you as well. Hope you enjoy it here as much as I have and never been to DL but maybe one day. Have a fantastic time on your upcoming cruise. I'm also a Lurker who wants to get into the fun. I've only been to WDW 4 times...... But I'm from the Netherlands and people around me think I'm nuts for going 4 times. The last time I was there was in 2014. I would love to go again but sadly for my my DH absolutely refuses to go again. He was telling me the same thing in 2007, so give me some years to convince him. And Please forgive me if my English isn't correct or the spelling is off.

PS. when I posted this post I saw the picture below. That picture is a bit old. Me and my DH look the same of course but the kids have grown a lot!

Yea I guess were in the 20 visit club but i am sure there are more out there. Looks like we might be going more then once a year from now on. So maybe 30 or 40 visits could happen. Of course thank you for the warm welcome I appreciate it.

So, I bet someone here knows the answer to this question! We are trying to book for November, but are still unsure of our dates. I am getting nervous about making dining reservations because we will not know when we are going for sure until beyond the 180 mark. We are def. staying on site. I sort of have a ballpark idea as to when we will be going, give or take a few days. Should I just book a "fake" reservation in the mean time so I can at least begin to book our ADRs? The ADRs are not connected to my reservation, right? So, if end up needing to cancel that reservation and make a new one with the correct dates, I will still have my ADRs and can just modify those if needed?

Also a long time lurker, finally signed up. My fiancée and I have been to DL at least a dozen times and WDW 2 times. I've run the Rebel Challenge Star Wars Marathon and we will be taking our first cruise (Star Wars Day at Sea of course!) in January 2017.
