Long Time at ROFR a Bad Sign?

I think Disney has up to 30 days to exercise ROFR... Based on the updates on this forum it was looking like most were getting responses in the 2 week range.. But I did see others who took the whole 30 days and still passed.. How long has it been?

Mine took a very long time. It turned out that it passed in three weeks and the broker just never bothered to tell me.

Initially sent to them on 7/12 and I was getting a little nervous. I forgot an addendum was send 7/21.

Did that reset your 30 days? (I missed the post about it if there was one - sorry!) I also started getting nervous the more time we spent waiting on ROFR. It did seem like the trend was that contracts that were taken found out later. It isn't that you CAN'T pass at 30 days, and people this month have been passing at 30 days or more! I've seen so many June closings where they put in their offer only a week or two before my offer, and I only just passed ROFR on Friday, so the July average has seemed to be less speedy. Either for the holiday or because of the June contracts that were lost?

I don't think it means anything. Time taken most likely has more to do with Disney's workload and staffing level.

I'm not sure if it reset the 30 days. HMM.
CONGRATS ON YOUR CONTRACT PASSING!
