Long lines at ALAMO?

Hi Everybody!

I read elsewhere that many customers have reported extremely long lines at Alamo in Orlando.
Can you please share your experience?
How long did you have to wait?
I cannot use their automated kiosks as I don’t have a US driving license.

We've used the Kiosk twice now, and neither my DH or I have a US driver's license.

Just curious, but have you joined Alamo's Quick Silver program. It is free and it allows you to go directly to the booth in the Alamo portion of the parking garage to check-in and get your vehicle. There is usually nobody waiting in line in this booth. It allows us to bypass the check-in line on the first floor.

Once you have your Quick Silver number you just need to enter it when booking a reservation online.
