Hiya
I am going away to london for my 21st on 10th of august - we have The Lion King show to look forward to but any other ideas what we can do for 3 days? DF not too keen on shopping but its my birthday so I get to choose lol
any good restraunts or pubs/clubs?

thanks guys x

How about the Hard Rock Cafe or a trip on the London Eye?

Great way to spend your birthday!

if its still lovely weather like this and you fancy an hour or so out of the hustle and bustle get the tube to Camden, exit on the right, cross the road and follow the signs for London Zoo....opposit the zoo is primrose hill. If you have the motivation and the energy to climb it there are some stunning views of central london from the top...and the walk to it is a potential celeb spotting opportunity...i have a friend there who lives on the same road as Ben Elton and Adam Ant :rotfl2:

ooo Hard Rock Cafe! Forgot about that! Went there in Florida and loved it will have to check that out thanks!
Primrose hill sounds fab too although not sure about the walking lol
thanks again guys :)

Its my 40th birthday and 21st Wedding Anniversary on the 10th August (I was getting married as you were being born! Now I feel old!) and we're going to London as well to celebrate. We've got tickets to see Chicago, and we'll definately be doing the Hard Rock and the London Eye. We've got a two for the price of one ticket for Madam Tussauds (from the back of a drinks bottle) that we may use and I would like to do Tower Bridge as it has a walkway across the top. We'll also probably do a museum or gallery. In the past we've also done The London Dungeon, the London Eye, Tower of London, National Gallery, Tate Gallery(s), British Museum, watch the entertainers at Covent Garden. All of which are worth a visit if you haven't done them before. Even if you just watch the world go by, London is a great place to be. Have a great birthday and trip to London.
