London Podcast DIS meet

Pete ammounced a tentitive date as 4th Sept in London,
I would like to go but was wondering if anyone else is planning to attend?

I am going. I met Pete, Walter, Corey & Theresa in January on the Dream Maiden Voyage cruise & they are all so lovely.

We talked with Pete & Walter about the London meet back then, my DH & I definately want to see them again.

I would love to attend with my DD (wishpirit).

She met most of the podcast crew (except Pete and Walter) last June at a meet she organised in June 2010 whilst at WDW. I met quite a few of the crew on PCC2.0 last December.

It would be great to meet up with them again and and meet some other UK DISers

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone, I haven't met Pete or Walter yet (they had car trouble), but Kevin and John are lovely and I can't wait to meet them again!

I would have loved to attend but unfortunately I have an AGM and annual conference for a national body that I will be nominated onto the board
I don't think I could do the 1,200 mile round trip in a day, otherwise I would be there in a heart beat.

I met a few of the team along with other DISers last June and I would encourage others to go as it was great fun.

Distance is the only thing keeping us away.
We really do you need to get something organised for all the dissers that live somewhere other than southern England.

I think the only reason Pete & Walter are arranging it in London is because they only have one or two free days & that is where they will be before the London/Paris ABD trip.

You need to arrange a DIS meet up north.

Met Pete, Walter, John, Kevin, Corey & Julie at the Power of 10 breakfast and they were all great. When talking to Pete he confirmed the date as 4 September is firm now and they are just working on a location.

Pete and Walter will be there and maybe John and Kevin they haven't finalised their plans yet which is understandable with Kevins Mum.

I have been pricing up airfares. Thinking I could drive down the 3 1/2 hrs to Glasgow and fly to Heathrow. Then spend a time at the Podcast meet before I return to Glasgow early evening and show face at the AGM. I will then be able to spend the next day in Glasgow for the conference.

It would be great to catch up with UK DISers and Pete/Walter and John/Kevin

I'm on holiday in Germany...and coming back to London for one day...mid-trip to meet up with everyone. Thought it would be the only chance I ever got to see the guys.
