Holy Crap!!! 2 weeks from today we get on the plane!!!

I was looking at all the Disneyland attractions last night. Super excited!! 2 weeks and a few hours and we will be on a plane!!!!

14 days from today, we meet Cathy, Frank, Denise and James to start our Adventure.

It seems that we've been talking about this since the 80s and it's finally almost here.

Chances are pretty good your seat will not be as bad. They tend to use the large, wide-bodied planes for international flights, and they aren't *quite* as "steerage" as the planes that are used domestically. Just be sure to get up every hour or so and walk around for 5 minutes. Good for the prevention of blood clots. My flight last year to Madrid was not nearly as horrendous as I'd thought it would be. I'm hoping & praying the same will be true for my flight to London!

That is good to hear. I don't think I could make it that many hours with so little room. My nice co-worker offered to give up her first class seat on the way back to ATL today to allow me some more room. I wish I could talk someone into doing the same on the flights to and from Europe.

I've got two weeks but am in the I'M NOT READY mode as well.

This time 2 weeks from now I'll be stressing over the things I'm bound to have forgotten while packing.

I made the same statement last week. I just picture all of us packing and repacking our suitcases multiple times leading up to departure time.

Which is one reason I haven't started actually packing yet. If I started now, I'd pack, unpack, repack, and end up with half my house in the suitcase. (Oh, maybe I'll just need this one extra top. And another sweater, and these socks, too.... )

Awesome Cynthia! I am mystified by the weather. Looking at Paris, the highs for a couple of days in the 7 day forecast are in the 90's! Then there's London......
