Man!!! Doing the global phone rental from Verizon is costing twice as much this year as it did last year! 100% inflation!

But I guess I'm still going to do it... for $19.95, I get a global phone mailed to me, with the necessary adapters, and it includes the return postage. Uses my existing cell phone number. $4.95 for an international voice plan for the month. Not a bad deal. I did this same thing last year on the Med cruise. It works nicely. I found I was texting folks mainly, and it worked great for that.

But it was only $9.95 last year!

If this is how you feel (and I tend to agree as I am a heavy drinker) then Hydroflask makes a 40 ounce model. We took one with us on vacation recently and it was very handy to have. My Nalgene belt pouch held this one quite snugly.

I have the 18oz version and while it certainly doesnt last all day.....the stuff inside remains hot or cold all day.

i just refill as needed.

The inside and outside are stainless steel. I rinse mine thoroughly and then put some boiling water in and shake it. Always clean as can be.

It's just a terrific product and you can find testimonials everywhere.

The largest bottle I ever carry is a 32oz, so the 24oz isin't too much different from a refill perspective. I'll try and remember to bring mine Thursday so you can check if out if you'd like.
