What time should we make a reservation for next month to finish dinner just in time for Universal 360? TIA :)

It appears that since the show hasn't started yet noone knows what to expect. :guilty: We're within 30 days now & I want to go ahead & make our reservation. Hopefully, some of you who have dined at Lombard's can answer a couple questions for me.

1. Is there outdoor seating with a view of the lagoon? If so, is it possible to request that or is it just luck? We're definitely not aggresive type people, & won't beg for seat location. :p We'd be happy eating inside & going out in time for the show, if that's how it works out.

2. Since the show is at 9:50, would an 8:30 ressie be the best time to assure we finish dinner just as the show begins? If not, what time would be best? We've never eaten there & don't know how long a typical meal including dessert & possibly appetizers lasts. The appetizers will depend on how hungry we are. Gotta save room for dessert. :teeth:

:thanks:

The bold print is from the Universal website.

COMING SOON!

The Biggest Thing to Happen to the Movies Since Popcorn!

Introducing UNIVERSAL 360SM, an all-new entertainment experience at Universal Studios®.

You will experience the sights and sounds of some of Hollywood’s biggest films projected onto huge spheres in the Universal Studios lagoon, plus one of the largest laser displays in Florida, dazzling pyrotechnics and more.

It’s a one-of-a-kind spectacular and it’s only at Universal Orlando Resort.

It's only scheduled to be shown in the summer & some holidays. I'm not sure, when the summer end date is supposed to be. They're supposed to be performing technical trials now, & the show is set to debut on July 1st. Hopefully, someone will come along who can give you more accurate info. In the meantime, you may want to look for other threads on this forum about the show. There's a few of them. :)
