You can save them from the icanhascheezburger site and then upload them to your own photo-hosting site. At least that's what I've done.

Also, if you right click on the picture then choose properties you can copy the address from the box that pops up.

Type img in these brackets [] paste the address then type /img in brackets []

It'll look like this minus the spaces:
