In October I purchased a shirt for my Mom and it was to big. I knew we were going back in December so was hoping it would be there to change sizes.
It was no longer there.
Then came Lois!!!!!!! She asked what she could do to help and we explained what happened and she said she would check the back.
Lois came back with the right shirt and size but it was Lois who was the star!!!!
She was so sweet, kind and warm we were overwhelmed.
We will be sure to stop by and say hello and would love to adopt Lois as my Grandma!!!
