Lohan Faces Jail...So It Goes On!

I disagree, Jail is a haven for drugs, you need rehab ..in patient for many many months!! AND you need to want to do it. Both places, if you are not into it yourself is just a place that you are going to meet new drug dealers and in Jail you get better drugs. It is not all the "treatment" that you guys seem to think.

My ex always came out of jail or rehab with a "new" connection or a "new" drug of choice to use!
that is just the true sad facts.. rich or poor, does not matter.
and it was not until 40 years later(started at age 9) that HE wanted to do it, no one could TELL him when to do it, he had to do it his way.

That was the same thing with my ex except he is a smoker. I could ask him to quit until I was blue in the face and he wouldn't. I could tell him over and over about how unhealthy it was. Nothing. I tried playing with his emotions, telling him he would miss out on our daughter growning up but this didn't work either. He is not going to quit until he wants to. It's as simple as that.

I based my opinion on the women I hire. Not saying that jail is drug-free by any means. They are always telling me about the "concoctions" that are made to get high if that's what a prisoner is looking for. "My prisoners" are tested DAILY. If they test positive the "freedom" of working is taken away and they are returned to prison to rot in jail.Simple as that. What I have found is that most of these (young)women have absolutely no support system once released.
Once they parole,they're on their own. No money,no job and no where to go. And so they go back to what they know. These "Hollywood kids" have money,jobs,and a place to go. In my opinion,they have no reason to slip back to their old habits.

ah, but they do! They have the money and the lime light! No one wins in any of these situations..

It is sort of like the "upper class" schools around here. People think that if you send your kid there, they are out of the "crap" from the public schools. When in all reality the "upper class" schools actually just have..better drugs!! And more of them! lol

yes, of course they have to want it. No addict can get better without it! As far as rich, poor, hollywood kids or adults, to me, a junkie is a junkie. Once they use, they become all the same. A lying junkie to get a fix. Because that is what it boils down to.
