Going to Magic Kingdon this August, for the day. We are staying overnight the night before at a friend's house that is about 35 minutes away.

Park is open at 9AM. We need to get there to rent my MIL a scooter, which are first come first serve.

What time do you suggest getting to the park. We will have hadnicap parking as well.

It has been some time since our last trip and I can't remember if you park, then take monrail and then go to ticket area and scooter rental.

Thanks!

Normally ECVs do not become unavailable until at least an hour after Park opening.

If you get to the parking lot by 8:30 you will find there are loaner wheelchairs at disabled parking. That will at least get you to the monorail. If you rent a wc at the shop at the TTC you can take it on the monorail, and pay only the difference when you get to the ECV rentla location in the Park. And they will let you use a wheelchair to return to Parking.

Did you mean to say before park opening?? It wouldn't make sense to have people wait an hour before allowing them to rent an ECV. Since I take my own or in rare instances rent outside the park, I don't really know for sure.

He's not saying that they become AVAILABLE after an hour, but that they become UNAVAILABLE after an hour (or more). Basically, as long as you show up within an hour after park opening, you don't need to worry about them having run out of ECVs.

Thanks--my eyes must not be functioning this morning!
