Hi all,

Sorry for not properly introducing myself but I got here through a search and am not sure why I didn't think to consult the disboards for my current problem.
I'm a longtime West Coast DLR girl. Heading to the Paris park tomorrow afternoon and just firmed up a reservation at the Radisson Blu.
Will be coming in by RER with a child and we have been backpacking. She does NOT want to haul that thing any father than the front door of the train station. Radisson has not responded today to emails about the shuttle. So my question is this:

If I took out my SIM for Europe and have no internet and no phone, how do I get us there? Is there a taxi-calling info desk at the train station to help with lost tourists with rudimentary French skills? Is there a shuttle and their ignoring me won't matter if I jump on it? Where? How? I'd love to pay for the service of doing this easily; I just won't likely have the ability to make calls. Anyone else had to navigate getting from the station to the hotels offsite?

There is a bus terminus directly outside the train station at Disneyland Paris. The other offsite hotels have a free shuttle service from there. I assume Radisson will be the same but have never been there so don't know for sure. There are stops all around the terminus with the names of the hotels on them. I've just checked the hotel webpage for you and it does indicate that there is a free shuttle service:

Guests at this hotel near Disneyland® Paris can also take advantage of complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland® Park, Walt Disney Studios® Park and the Marne la Vallée Chessy train station. From the train station, visitors can easily travel to Paris and other European cities as well as to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Ms Poppins,

Thanks so much for the names in a circle help; I asked them where and what the shuttle was and no response. We'll stand around out there and hope for the best. Thanks!
