Logistics from MCO to Beach Club 3 flights 3 different departure points.

Hello all,

We have two family members flying in from NY, one from PHL, and another from DAL. Three different airlines, two different terminals at MCO on the same day. We want to book transportation for 4, with 5 rolling carry on bags and a grocery stop.

My thought, book the pick up for the lates arrival time, and drop off for the earliest arrival time. What if flight #3 is late arriving? Thoughts on the best way to book this?

What are the scheduled arrival times and I'm assuming everyone is 18+ or close to it?

Forget it. Everyone books their own rideshare/mears/private transport. 3 flights is too much potential for error. What if you book for the last flight but the middle flight is delayed an hour after the last one gets in? Your prebooked transportation won’t wait around for that.

Departure is easier if everyone is cool waiting around at MCO to save some money because you are for sure departing at the pre-arranged time from BC no matter what the flights actually do.

This is where I was going. I would add that the first actual arrival should do the grocery pick up to make sure it doesn't get missed.

My thoughts exactly. Was hoping for a solution. Yes, everyone is over the age of 18, everyone is 24 to 62.
