logging onto disneyworld.com cannot find discounts for my name

Hello:

I used to be able to log onto disneyworld.com and then go to site map then click on any specials connected to my name. They have changed the website and the part that says specials for me is gone. Does anyone know how to get to it now.

I never knew about this. WOW. So in order to view my offer(s), is this the right path:

1. Login to Disneyworld.com.
2. Click on Disneyworld.com Site Map at the bottom of the page
3. Scroll down to the section titled "My Vacation" and select 'My Offers'

Is this right?

This thread inspired me to look around the Disney site to see if I could find the elusive "My Offers" link, and low and behold I see this message . . .

Your next vacation is 7 days away!
Can't wait to see you real soon!

WHAT THE #$^%^? I don't have a vacation booked in 7 days . . . they even had a confirmation # attached to it???

Thoughts raced through my head . . . I better start packing . . . how am I going to my DH about this . . . what ride should I do first . . . . who will take care of the pets . . . . Slow down . . . I can't go. I don't have a trip booked!!!!

Upon further digging, I find the page that says this trip has been cancelled!!

Whew!! It was just about enough to give me a small heart attack!! Serves me right for digging for codes to begin with!

Jeesh! I better check the site more often to find out when my next vacation is scheduled for.

I like that your first thought was: "I better start packing...", and NOT: "I better cancel this!"

Are you logged in with your email address and password? Did you scroll down after you clicked Disneyworld.com Site Map at the bottom of the page? It's towards the bottom of the page on the right-hand side of the two columns listing all the options.

Got it! I was going to the "Site Map" instead of "Disney World. com Site Map" Thank you =)

Once I clicked there, it just took me to a reservation station page and asked what I wanted to book. So I guess if I had a code, it would have showed that instead?

On my page, the Disney World site map is just a line or two above the regular site map. Hope that helps!!

I just checked on mine & got the same language.........was sorta hoping we'd have some sort of code & get the ressies just a bit cheaper, but I'm satisfied with my AAA rate & just thrilled to be going to WDW at all this year!!

I don't think PIN codes can be found on the website. "My offers" is the section where if you "save" an offer that you've shopped online, it will show up for a certain time period so you can review it again. The discount section really only shows discounts and offers available to anyone, such as when they advertised the free dining promo as a "tasty deal". If you are looking for a code attached to your name, you would need to call DRC and ask.---Kathy
