Logging In Trouble!

I just tried to enter VMK. When I typed in my User Name and password I pressed enter,and it said THIS SITE IS TEMPORAILY TOO BUSY TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. What is wrong with my computer or VMK?!?!
