Does the Portofino have balconies? Do they have a service like Disney where you can ship your souvenirs home ahead of you instead of taking chances with them on a plane?

There are some balconies. You can request one but they aren't guaranteed.

Only 6% of the rooms at PBH have balconies, and many people request them, so don't be disappointed if you don't get one.

As for shipping things home, I have never done that, but I'm sure the front desk or concierge will be able to help you. They do have resort delivery from the parks. I know that much.

How do you go about requesting one? Is there a place to do it online? We have a club room booked. What would be the best location or view to request?

I've not stayed at this one, but I know the water view from RPR is beautiful, so I would recommend a water view. You have to call and request the balcony I assume.
