My family and I stayed at HRH April 6th to 13th - so a fairly busy time. My DH did the check in and showed the Receptionist our Loews card and I think we got upgraded but I'm not certain. We booked a package through Virgin Holidays in the UK, standard room. We got a Garden view room - is that an upgrade? If it is then it must have been due to the Loews card as we didn't pay for anything extra.
I was under the impression that you only got upgrades if you did the booking through Loews but DH showed the card anyway.
