Loew's First Card

I have signed up for the Loew's First Card.

We are scheduled for 1 night at HRH on 6/9 in a Deluxe room.

If they have availability and can upgrade us, what will they upgrade us to? Do you think we will have a chance for an upgrade on 6/9?

Do you have to ask for the cookies & milk or do they bring it automatically.

Sorry if these questions have been asked before, I haven't been able to use the search feature to look for them.

If you already have your res for HRH, call reservations and tell them you are now a Loews first member and give them your #. When you check in remind them you're a Loews member and ask for cookies and milk.
