Please forgive me.....I know I should know this, but I'm getting conflicting facts and I know you guys are the Universal experts:

My travel agent has given the fact that I have a Loew's card to the reservationist, so it's on file matching my reservation.

I have a Loew's card. I have used it twice or three times. The perks/etc have changed several times since I've gotten in in 2009.

Can anyone give me a quick rundown of the 'privileges/goodies/ANYthing' I get at the Hard Rock

With the paperwork I have filed away...it states that upon 2-4 visits, I get:
500 Membership Reward bonus points, special partner offers, free internet, free fitness center access, free room upgrade, late check out if available.

Any help and/or guidance would be appreciated.

I haven't been here for a while now, but I do remember HRH is not participating in the Loews perks. :(

Hard Rock changed ownership a few years ago and no longer is part of the Loews You first program. One of the reason I don't stay there.:thumbsup2

HRH has the All Access card program.

You can read about that on line.

you can buy it in advance, which i did, or receive it when you check in to HRH.

the free AA card is a basic and not much on amenities.

Your TA is mistaken.
if you read up on the www.loewshotels.com site, you will learn more about their YouFirst program loyalty membership.

you need to stay yearly to keep your youfirst card active with benefits.

it is based on a yearly hotel stays.

sorry your TA gave you wrong info but by reading the loews site, you could advise your TA that it has changed.

you will enjoy the HRH.
and, you will enjoy being at the darkside..

HRH pulled out of the Loew's program quite a years back.
there are some past threads you could pull up by doing a search that gives a lot of info about the AA program at HRH.

Well heck...that's a bummer! lol

The TA didn't tell me any of the perks or anything. When I got her to make the reservation, I wrote (email) that I had a Loew's card so she gave them the info. It was I that approached the subject.

But...still a bummer that I can't use it!

Thanks ya'll.

AA card? It costs?

i bought my AA card online thru the HRC site.
for $25 i received, hrc sling backpack, collector pin, (i collect hrc/hrh pins and love getting the 10% discount with the card), aa card which allows a 10% off of merch at the hrc shop, $20 reloaded gift card for hrc (show it at hrc when you make a purchase and you get money credit,
free room upgrade when available...something else but can't remember right now.
i bought this card i think back in 2006.

the card you receive at check in for free at hrh does not include the material gifts or $20 card.
but i believe it includes the free upgrade when available.

the upgrade is from booking a standard garden view to a pool view.

it sounds like your TA is not familiar with HRH at universal.
hrh has not been affiliated with the Loews program for over 4 years.

maybe the TA was reading off info from an outdated form?
