I know there are lockers outside the big rides, but DS has a very expensive camera and he doesn't want to get it wet. Are there lockers outside the water rides?

There are lockers outside Jurassic Park and I'm pretty sure also somewhere near Bilge-Rat Barges and Rip Saw Falls. The lockers outside of Jurassic Park are not free (some rides offer free short term lockers only while you ride).

Can it go inside of a big zip top style bag (I know they make big ones now)?

may need to wrap up the whole case in plastic then put it inside another plastic bag with all our backpacks. That should do it.
