Are there lockers in the parks that you can rent for the entire day (similar to what they have at WDW)? I seem to remember something at at main "hub" as you come up from the car parks before you go along the moving walkways but that was a few years ago and I was looking for something actually in the parks say at the entrance or something as we will he staying at HRH.

Just curious as DD may need to take her crutches with her "just in case" and rather than carrying them around all day (and getting disapproval from my mum & dad for taking them) would rather store them somewhere where we can get them easily enough if her hips start to click and cause her pains!

Am hoping to get by with just the crutches if needed rather than use her wheelchair on holiday as her joints have improved so much recently but we just don't know how she will be with all the walking but test will be in 2 weeks time when she has a school trip to London for 3 days (yikes!) with a fair amount of walking (taking the crutches to that one as well!).

Yes, there are full day big lockers at the front of both parks.

For crutches, you can leave them at Lost and Found at either park. You will fill out a bailment form with your name, address, and phone number and they will store your crutches for you. (They also hold luggage there for people who will be taking a flight home straight from the parks.) There is no charge for this service. You will need photo ID to pick them up so that they are not released to the wrong guest. Since it is free of charge I would do that. The lockers might not be large enough to store crutches and they cost $8-$10.

The Lost and Found is inside the park on the far right when you enter the turnstiles at Universal Studios. It is next to first aid/health services. At islands of Adventure it is also on your right after entering the turnstiles. It is inside Guest Services and next to first aid/health services.

Thanks Damo - just couldn't remember seeing them - then again didn't really look before!!

Universal offers two size all day lockers. The smaller locker is $8.00 and the larger/family size locker is $10.00. I'm not sure if crutches will fit in them. However, Lost and Found will hold the crutches all day. It's called Gratuitous Bailment. It's free. They have you fill out a bailment sheet and the person who picks up the item left, has to present a photo I.D. in order to pick it up. For further assistance, make sure you stop by Guest Services and ask for an Alternate Stair Entry pass. This will allow your DD to take the elevator at the attractions that have stairs. Hope this helps.
