Lockers - Cost? Easy? Locations? - MK, HS, UO

Considering 1+ of these parks: MK HS Universal

I understand that it is ok to bring in food/drink/snacks into the parks.

How easy are the lockers to use & their cost? What are the best locations?

Where does bag check happen at universal? Is there opportunity to put soft aided coolers in a locker in city walk or would you have to leave them in the car and make the Long trek back?

Bag check happens out in the transportation hub between the parking garage and crosswalks over to CityWalk. I don't remember if there are lockers there since you are close to your car and this was not the original security check point.
