Lockers at WDW

What's the rental cost for a locker at the parks? Do you need change to pay for them or is there a CM working that you rent the key from?

At last count they were $7 with a $2 refund when you give the key back. There are attendants who give you the key when you pay them, then you return it and receive your refund.
