Lockers at US and IOA?

I know some rides require people to use lockers. A few I could name are Mummy, MIB and Ripsaw Falls. But, how much do lockers cost and do they require you to pay everytime you open a new one at a different destination or do you have to keep going back to the other part of the park to retrieve your stuff?

Lockers are free at rides that require them for a long enough time to go on the ride, then they start charging you if you go over. However, if there is a long wait and they try to charge you (the only place we have had that happen is at the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit Coaster, which is new and very crowded) get an attendant, explain the situation and he or she will open it for you.

Lockers at Ripsaw Falls and the Bilge Rat Barges are optional and you have to pay to use them. We have always skipped them.
