location of Ice Station Cool?

Count me in as one who likes the Beverly. It's not something I'd want a big glass of, but I like the little bit you get!

Isn't Moxie kind of root beer-ish? Beverly is nothing like root beer. The only way I can describe it is that it's bitter & it makes you shiver! :p

I don't ever recall seeing Coke there, although it would really make sense since Coke is the sponsor, right?

According to my husband, Beverly is worse than Moxie. It reminds me of the codeine cough syrup I used to have to take when I was a kid, it's got that bitter almond taste.

They have never had coke. They wouldn't do that because everyone would be lining up to get the free stuff instead of buying it for $3.00 a bottle at all of their coke stands.

I'm also one of those people who likes Beverly the best, so stop picking on poor Beverly.

I'm pretty sure that the Beverly contains the essence of CLOVES in it.
It is like un-sweetened seltzer water, flavored with cloves.

D & F there IS a way to get Beverly to your house. Go to the drug store and buy the new and improved "fruit" flavored alka seltzer for sinus eeewwwwwww.

Part of our entertainment is standing around the machines waiting for unsuspecting souls to try ALL the flavors and finally come to Beverly..

Some ofyou may like Beverly but you are so much in a minority it can't even count as 1%. This is one of our most refreshing stops in EVERY trip. We have YET to see one person try that and have any expression at all any where near one of enjoyment.

I must be in the minority here, I actually liked the Beverly (I just returned last week so the taste is still fresh in my mind). The German one was my favorite though. I cannot remember, didnt they have actual coke in there as well at one time? I swear when I was there in 98 that they had regular coke and diet coke as one of the choices.

Cheers,

Bob Hansen

Have you ever been to CocaCola world in Atlanta? IF so, maybe thats what you remember. I has more of the international flavors at the drink sample station, as well as, the tradtional flavors.

I liked the one that kind of tasted like hard cider. Not bad!

When we were there in early Feb, they had to close for a bit to be able to shovel all the new snow along the walkway. Not my favorite part, especially since I'd just left NE and a 6" snowstorm.

We love Ice Station Cool. Unfortunately when we were there over Thanksgiving this year, it was closed:( Hopefully it will be open when we go in November this year.
