locals crashing the pool

Thanks for responses. We are currently planning our 2019 trip to the Fort (yay!) and I'm trying to determine which days to designate as pool days.
Hoping to work it out where we spend the lowest crowd days possible at parks and at the Fort. I know we will see crowds at the parks regardless, but wanting to minimize it as much as I can. And I would be irritated if I scheduled a swim day at the Fort and my kids couldn't really swim. :/
