I'm a local as you can see from my location and I have an AP. I usually only do day trips to Universal on Saturday or Sunday but I finally took the plunge and am staying for a long weekend next week!

I got an amazing deal via a code that was emailed to me. I'm staying at the Royal Pacific for 127 for 3 nights! I am super excited!

May 10-11-12.

I am not familiar with the hotel resteraunts...I'm not looking for fancy. Casual is more up my alley. Anything that is a must do for you?

GREAT RATE! We usually pick this hotel to stay at when we go but will be trying PBH for the first time.

DH and I love going to Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar - inventive sushi and South Seas martinis. We will leave the kids with mom and dad one night to have some adult time there usually.

Other than that just have fun, we like the pool bar as well and they have movies as well out by the pool.

Have a great trip!

You can get good casual type food right at Jakes at the Royal Pacific. Of course you also have all the restaurants at City Walk!

SUPER RATE! Congrats!
If you like a great burger, try The Kitchen over at Hard Rock. Everything we've tried there has been very good!

Just got back Sunday and I have to say the Hotel was awesome! The customer service was TOP-NOTCH! Way more attentive to our needs than anything we got over at the world!

The Hotel was gorgeous! We stayed in room 3330 (tower 3) which was at the same level as the lobby. So it was nice to walk over to the bar and get drinks:)

We ate several meals at the Bula Bar by the pool. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were masssive! The nachos are HUGE!

Everybody working there was polite and seemed genually happy to be working there, from the Valet guys in the front to the check in guy, housekeeping, the water taxi captain, the pool staff....I can't say enough about how awesome they were!

I have encountered rude cast members at Disney and sometimes made to feel like "you should be happy to be at Disney, whats your problem?"

Don't get me wrong I love Disney but this experience over at the "Dark Side" was very bright and something I look forward to doing again soon!

I'll be back in two weeks for my normal day trip for a few hours on Saturday thing but I can't wait to be able to stay there for another weekend :)
