Local grocery store?

we are staying at CBR and was wondering if it would be worth it to take uber to the local grocery store to pick up items for our room?
my options would be:

Uber to local store/super walmart
amazon prime pantry delivery
garden grocer

could someone give me feedback on what you would do and why? thanks

We always go with Garden Grocer, great service and have never had an order wrong yet. I like that it's completely hands free, meaning the only time I have to deal with my items is when I'm putting them into the fridge. They deliver to my resort, bell service receives and stores it, and when it's convenient for me, bell service delivers it to my room. Once I'm in the Disney bubble, I'm not coming out of it until Magic Express says I have to. Besides, it's a nice break to have someone else do the grocery shopping for me for a change

I actually did a combination of all of those to CBR in january. here is how each went:

Publix (local store): People in florida rave about this store. I don't get it. The service was really, really bad, but yeah it's a grocery store. It had stuff. I didn't have to uber, if I had, I probably wouldn't bother.

Garden Grocer: my order was perfect and on time. I did tip the bell services castmember who brought my order to my room, so that was an added expense, but the whole process was very simple and stress free.

Prime Pantry: this was a disaster. I ordered this with PLENTY of time and with NO notice, it was delayed and didn't make it until the 3rd day of my trip (hence the trip to Publix.) I would NEVER rely on this again.

Oh now you're scaring me about Prime Pantry and even Prime Now. I've had so many issues with Amazon Same Day delivery with stuff to my house. The only reason I haven't dumped Prime is because with every botched delivery, they give me a free month of Prime, so I think I have it until the year 2024 (ok, I'm exaggerating a bit).

If I were in your shoes, and it didn't come day 1 when I asked for it, I'd've told them to just take it all back and refund my card, I'll get it elsewhere.

Try SHIPT - they're new. Great to work with & I'm sure I've read on here that folks have used them. I deal with them through my job & everyone I've dealt with have been great.

We use Garden Grocer and have been extremely pleased. Our orders are always on time and exactly what we asked for. We buy: Juice, fruit, coffee, breakfast items, water, soda, beer, wine, cheese and crackers and other snacks. We have a quick breakfast in the room before heading out while we get ready and that saves time and money.
My time is too valuable and worth too much to me to spend time grocery shopping on vacation.

Yes, you just call and they will bring up your groceries. We also use Garden Grocer and love that we don't have to be at the resort to accept the delivery. I have had problems with my order and they are great about correcting any mistakes. It was also really nice to place another order when we ran out of some things during our trip!

I recently started using another delivery service at home for my groceries, which has made me realize how much I take for granted with Garden Grocer. I have never had a problem with the quality of produce they select or having items get damaged (cans dented or box open).

We have gone to the Publix that is near CBR and I agree the service is horrible!! I'm a regular Publix shopper and I was blown away by how bad it was.

We've always had a rental car and zipped over to Winn Dixie which is not far from the Disney Springs Hotel Plaza. It's located on Apopka Vineland and is a little closer than Publix.
