My wife is a lobster fanatic. We have heard about some of the lobster buffet places in Orlando and we are thinking about trying one the first night we are in town. I know nothing about these places thouigh. I have seen the Boston Lobster Feast web site and have heard of that one. I think there are a few of these places. I need an yreviews that anyone can give me. Was the place good? Can my kids find something here? Is it worth the time and money?

First off the lobster is normally small and over cooked....so if you looking for something out of this world a lobster feast just isnt what you want....that being said...it is ok....advice try the early bird special (normally before 4) its the same buffet for a lot cheaper....Also they have everything from steak to chicken fingers on these things so your kids will find something....

all the ones in the area are around the same price and same quality but we tend to stick to the boston lobster feast either off sandlake or on international...

We have done Boston Lobster Feast a few times although not the last couple of trips. As wendy46001 says it's not the quality of a sit down lobster meal but not bad. The lobsters are whole lobsters so you have to do a little work to get the meat. I found them to be very wet so they get a little messy to eat. All that aside they aren't bad and it is all you can eat. There are plenty of other items on the buffet (hey - they want you to fill up on salad and soup instead of lobster) and I'm sure the kids will find something they like.

Also as wendy46001 says, if you can make the early special you can save a little and get the same food.

If you are interested in the novelty of an all you can eat lobster then it's a good place. If you are fussy about the quality of the lobster you may be dissapointed.

1) Pick a true seafood restaurant in Orlando.
2) There are bunches in the phone book.
3) As mentioned above, I would pass on places like Lobster Feast.
4) We tried it, and it is on the par with Red Lobster.

If you want the real deal then you are gonna have to visit a more upscale steakhouse like Mortons or Charley's to find it in Orlando. Although I did have a lobster tail at Narcoosee's the other night and it was pretty good...

Boston Lobster Feast is really good we went there in 06 and even my husband ate lobster and he doesn't really care for it.
