Okay- I know thats an absurd debate haha But! Its pretty much whats happening here. This is our sit down plans for our trip

Day 1:
Brunch GFC
Dinner Narcoosees*

Day 2:
Breakfast Garden Grill

Day 3:
Breakfast Cape May Cafe
Dinner Yak and Yeti

Day 4:
Early lunch Boathouse
WS booths or QS for dinner

Day 5:
Crystal Palace breakfast

SO here is my dillema-
I adore lobster. I have been debating and debating a Narcoosees dinner but finally found a solid spot in our schedule for it. However, as I moved some other park plans around I ended up dropping Trails End dinner which also sounds delicious.

Way different vibes. Any personal preference?

Here are some concerns-
Trails End- will this really take 45 minutes from MK to get to? Seems a tad stressful and means ending our park day earlier (toddler’s bedtime is 7 so can’t put dinner much past 5).
Also I hear rumors Trails End is awful about making you wait forever. True? Even at 5/5:30?

I love trails end. How long it takes to get there depends on the boats (how many boats are running, how many people are waiting, etc). Every time I've been to trails end I find it to be relaxing and uncrowded. I personally have never had to wait past my reservation time.

Two totally different experiences. Trails end is super casual, reminds me of Cracker Barrel. Narcoossee's is actually more casual than you may be expecting but the food is much more high end.

Well my vote is for Trail's End but for easier reasons. I am Jewish and lobster is a big no no so I have never had it. I do like the water parade outside of Narcoossee's at night thou.

The one time we went to Wilderness Lodge via boat it took forever. I know it can be quicker, but I think 45 minutes is not an unreasonable estimate.

I see you're also going to The Boathouse. They have a number of lobster dishes. A 1.25 pound whole lobster can be added on to an entree for $29 or you can get the same size lobster (and crab stuffed) on its own for around $50.

Narcoossee's charges around $70 for a whole lobster or twin tails. To me, it's not worth it unless you're on DDP. The butter-poached twin tails are really good, however.

My favorite lobster in WDW is the 2 pound lobster Cantonese at bluezoo. It's totally unhealthy (fried and in a sweet sauce) but soooo good. It is better as a shared item for 2 or 3.
