Lobster Nachos

They are excellent - but a pic doesn't do them justice

We had them a couple of weeks ago and they didn't have as much lobster in them as they did last year. Still, they are VERY good! And you cant go wrong with a Mickey's Fun Wheel (long island ice tea) to wash them down.
Watch out for the peppers (jalapenos) are very hot, more so than you normally find so if you don't like spicy then have them hold those.

They are soooo good. Chips, beans, lobster, cheese sauce, jalapeno, and pico (which I get it without because cilantro). I crave them when I don't have them.

Yes, and you can get them with chicken instead, and I think steak.

My mom wanted to try these, but was afraid because she is allergic to peppers. Will they make it without the jalapeño and if without are there any other peppers in it? Will removing the jalapeño remove the spice?

I can't guarantee there's no other pepper in the dish, but yes you can get it without jalapenos. It's not spicy otherwise.

As the PPs have said, you can ask to have the jalapeno slices held or on the side. We asked for them on the side and they came in a little cup on the side of the dish (you can see it in the upper left corner of the photo. That being said, you might also want to ask what is the pico de gallo that they mix into the nachos (some recipes call for diced jalapenos peppers).
