Lobster appetizer

I am going crazy trying to remember where I had a lobster "salad" appetizer. I'm pretty sure it was at one of the resort restaurants, came shaped in a little cylinder and was amazing.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks for trying, but no, I never ate there.

I thought it was at the California Grill, but it's certainly not on their menu now.

If it was at the California Grill, you may or may not ever see it again - as I know you're aware, they change up their menu quite frequently!

California Grill did have it on their menu this Spring as my mother enjoyed it back in May.

Yachtsman Steakhouse had a lobster salad appetizer and so does Flying Fish.

Yay!! Yup Dis_Yoda that's it from the California Grill...It was just so fresh tasting. I am so sad it's no longer offered.
