I just noticed today that we are $60 away from paying off our DVC loan!! WOO HOO!!! What happens next? I am thrilled!!!

You'll receive a "Satisfaction of Mortgage" after it has been recorded by the county clerk. That is pretty much all that happens next.

Congratulations! Out of curiosity, does anyone know how long it usually takes for it to get recorded? We paid ours off in mid-December and haven't received anything yet. Thanks!

It took a month or so, if I remember. I think they probably prepare and record them in batches, once or twice per month.

Mine was paid off in October. I have not received a satisfaction memo to date. If I log in, it says paid in full.....thats it.
